Airport Pick Up: If you are arriving at an airport and have reserved a car to pick you up, please make sure to notify us of some key information: Airline, Flight Number & Arrival Time. In most cases our drivers will be able to track this information and reschedule the pick up time accordingly should there be a delay with your arriving flight. When arriving to JFK Airport: Please proceed to outside the terminal doors to be able to see your vehicle. Passenger & Luggage Information: It is important that we know how many people and pieces of luggage we will be transporting so that we send a vehicle that can accommodate your capacity. Also, will you be requiring additional time to retrieve your items from baggage claim? Contact Information Please provide us with a mobile number so that we can reach once your car has arrived at the pick up location. If you will not be carrying a mobile phone, you can always call us at our toll free number. Payment: All reservations must be prepaid in advance including any tolls and fees. You will never need to pay your driver unless you wish to offer a gratuity for exceptional service.

Our policy is strictly enforced, please read carefully. Credit card charge authorization terms and conditions: NY NJ Taxi Limo reserves the right to charge my account for any special accommodations provided during my reservation time slot. I understand these charges may include but are not limited to all tolls, parking fees, additional waiting times, added stops, reroutes, transport or delivery of pets or unconventional items, etc. A non-refundable 20% Service & $5 Travel Pass is applied to all reservations and cancellations, personal, corporate, government, and industrial accounts. Refunds of any sort will not be issued for no-shows or late cancellations. It is the responsibility of the passenger and/or payee to contact NY NJ Taxi Limo should they be unable to locate their driver at the pick up location at the designated time. Failure to call NY NJ Taxi Limo and leaving a pickup location will result in a no-show charge to my credit card. No-show charges may include full payment for my reservation and additional waiting time. All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to pickup time. Cancellation of bus, wheelchair accessible vehicles or stretch limousines reservation requires 96 hours advance notice. Reservation for all services and licensed tour guides is non-refundable. All deposits are none-refundable. All prices are subject to availability, weather conditions, and any unusual circumstances. All reservations during 7AM & 10AM and 3PM & 8PM weekdays are subject to late pickup from 5 to 25 minutes, due to rush hour and heavy traffic and delays. Please book your pickup time accordingly. If you reserved a vehicle on a short notice and were quoted a specific time, note it can not be guaranteed yet it can NOT be cancelled. All (LM) Last Minute Reservations are prepaid and Non Refundable!!!  We reserve the right to charge round-trip tolls for one way trips. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle and limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 350.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 450.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. 4. Overtime pay will apply after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time described on the confirmation 5. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). 6. Not responsible for articles left in any vehicle or limousine. 7. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. 8. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
